Wash & Fold Laundry Service
Do I need to sort my clothes into different colors (whites and colors)?
No we do all the separating for you! If you have any special requests as to how you would like your clothes done (i.e. Air dry) please let us know.
Do I need to weigh my Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold bag?
No you do not have to weigh your bag we have a scale on the premises. In most cases it’s best to weigh after the laundry is processed as you might have wet towels etc. that would add to the weight of the bag.
Are there any clothes you cannot clean with your Wash and fold service?
Yes some garments that have glued on decorations or excessive beading are not recommended for this service.
Is it worth my time to pay less and do the laundry myself?
Most people are looking to save time on their chores. Your time is valuable why waste it doing laundry? Leave it to the professionals at Clean Scene Laundry!

Yes we accept all major credit cards for our wash and fold service.
Dry Cleaning
What's the difference between dry cleaning and laundering ?
Dry cleaning involves the use of dry cleaning solvents in a special machine that washes and dry’s clothes in one cycle. Laundering involves the use of water to “wash“ clothes in a washing machine. Both dry cleaning and laundering (wet cleaning) processes include a pre-spotting process and then the cleaning in either the dry cleaning machine or the washing machine.
Are clothes that have been tailored or had alterations safe to dry clean?
Yes clothes that have been tailored are safe to clean.
Can you remove all stains?
While we have a stain removal process we cannot guarantee all stains will be able to be removed from the garment.
Is it okay to leave dry cleaned clothing in the plastic it comes back in?
The plastic that covers your dry cleaning and laundry when you pick it up or when it is delivered is good for transporting the clothes only. It is best practice to not not leave the plastic on the clothes once you get them home. We recommend you dispose of the plastic in a responsible manner such as recycling.

How does it work?
Once you enter your ZIP Code, you’ll be able to select the plan that works best for you. Crave routine? Then our “Weekly” plan is the one for you. Tell us when to come and we’ll be there every week. Prefer a bit more flexibility? We also offer “By Request” service so you can use us only when you need us. You can choose your detergent, softener, dryer sheets, bleach and color-safe bleach from our wide assortment of familiar brands. If you have any special instructions or requests, just let us know. Last step – enter your billing information and you’re on your way to a laundry-free life.
Do I need to do anything after I sign up?
The only things you need to do between now and Laundry Nirvana are:
1. Make sure you have “Notifications” switched on in your account so you can receive reminders and alerts as per your preference.
2. Leave your laundry out on the day of pickup. A Welcome Kit will be mailed to your residence. Enclosed in the kit is a blue laundry bag with a simple instruction guide. All you have to do is fill the bag and enjoy your newfound free time!
In case you don’t receive your Welcome Kit before the day of pickup, you can leave your laundry out in any bag (yes, trash bags work too). Simply mark or tag the bag as “For HappyNest” so we can identify it.
3. Your clothes will be returned to you the very next day. Put them in your closet(s) and forget about having to do laundry…ever again.
What's in the Welcome Kit?
Our Welcome Kit consists of one big, blue HappyNest branded laundry bag, big enough for 40 pounds of your washable items, and a welcome card with get started instructions. If an additional laundry bag is needed, please call or text HappyNest customer service at 855-335-9274.
What is the turnaround-time?
Your perfectly washed and folded clothes will be returned to you the day after we pick them up.
Can I get texts as well as, or instead of, emails?
Absolutely. Just log into your account and adjust your notification settings.
Is there any contract or long-term commitment?
None whatsoever. You can cancel or suspend your account at any time.
