Pricing couldn’t be easier. Regular weekly customers are charged $1.50 per pound and “by request” customers are charged $1.75 per pound. Large bedding items are billed on a “per item” basis. Click here for a full price list.
We bill your credit card directly. We will email you a detailed invoice each time your card is billed. You can also receive invoice totals by text.
Unfortunately no. We only accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards.
You can set up your account so that you receive email and/or text reminders to make sure you don’t forget. However, if you do forget to leave your laundry out we do reserve the right to charge a $10.00 missed pickup fee to cover costs.
No. Pickup and delivery are included as part of Clothesline Laundry’s world class laundry pickup and delivery service.
There is a minimum charge of $25.00.
None whatsoever. And you can cancel or suspend your account at any time.
As often as you like! Some of our customers tweak their profile prior to every pickup because they have special washing or folding instructions for us. Our laundry professionals always review your special laundry and folding instructions prior to beginning your laundry. To update your special instructions at any time just log into your account.
No problem. Just leave the laundry somewhere we can access it and then log into your account and edit your Pickup/Delivery Instructions. Many customers have us leave their laundry at their back door or in a foyer.
You can expect your laundry to be returned less than 24 hours after we pick it up.

We’re happy to air dry your clothes if you prefer but please be aware that because our turn-around time is so quick, they may be returned to you damp.

Dry Cleaning
Dry cleaning involves the use of dry cleaning solvents in a special machine that washes and dry's clothes in one cycle. Laundering involves the use of water to ``wash`` clothes in a washing machine. Both dry cleaning and laundering (wet cleaning) processes include a pre-spotting process and then the cleaning in either the dry cleaning machine or the washing machine.
Yes clothes that have been tailored are safe to clean.
While we have a stain removal process we cannot guarantee all stains will be able to be removed from the garment.
The plastic that covers your dry cleaning and laundry when you pick it up or when it is delivered is good for transporting the clothes only. It is best practice to not not leave the plastic on the clothes once you get them home. We recommend you dispose of the plastic in a responsible manner such as recycling.
Wash & Fold Laundry Service
No we do all the separating for you! If you have any special requests as to how you would like your clothes done (i.e. Air dry) please let us know.
No you do not have to weigh your bag we have a scale on the premises. In most cases it's best to weigh after the laundry is processed as you might have wet towels etc that would add to the weight of the bag.
Yes some garments that have glued on decorations or excessive beading are not recommended for this service.
